Responsibility and order confirmation
Once the order is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. In the event that you do not receive it, contact us at [email protected].
It is the responsibility of the client that a person over 18 years of age duly identified with a DNI is at the delivery address during the scheduled time and date. If the delivery is made to third parties (family members, assistants, etc.) and they agree to the delivery of the Piece, it will be understood that it was received satisfactorily, under the responsibility of the client.
It is the responsibility of the client to accurately indicate the data to deliver the Piece to the shipping address and the date agreed in a timely manner. If there is an error in the address, delivery cannot be made on the date and time requested, so the purchase will be canceled as a last resort, which will be notified to the customer via the brand's corporate mail.
Shipping confirmation
Before sending the order, in case you need additional information, we will contact you at the number registered at the time of purchase. It is essential to enter the correct information when registering your data.
No changes can be made once an order is shipped.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the delay in shipping companies, however, the order is monitored and coordinated from the departure of our Atelier until delivery to the customer.
Shipping modalities
Once your order is confirmed, you can choose between two modalities, the pick-up modality and the home delivery modality.
Pick-Up:
You will not make any payment for delivery.
You can select and schedule the day and time to pick up your order, you arrive at our Atelier on the scheduled day and your order will be ready for you to take, all in a minimum period of time.
If the order and confirmation is made after 3pm, it is scheduled for the next business day. Pick up does not apply on Saturdays after 2pm as well as Sundays or holidays.
To pick up your order, you only have to carry an identity document, purchase confirmation email and / or proof of payment, among other documents already coordinated prior to the time of purchase. Applicable conditions for the client or third party designated by the client and informed prior to the Brand.
For strict security of our clients, we will not deliver the order in case the identification and review of documents indicated in the previous paragraph of the person collecting it is not fulfilled. Likewise, we reserve the accreditation of the delivery, by signing the receipt charge and / or photograph at the time of delivery, being known and accepted by the customer when accepting the Terms and Conditions.
This modality allows only the collection but not the entrance to the Atelier. The Brand will make public communication in case of modifications, if applicable.
Shipping to the cities of Perú:
Our orders are delivered by an outsourced company, who are responsible for the safety and timing of shipments. We have a delivery time of 1 to 4 business days under regular conditions (*), from the sending of the order confirmation.
Shipping does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Shipping to Metropolitan Lima:
Our orders are delivered by an outsourced company, who are responsible for the safety and timing of shipments. We have a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days under regular conditions (*), from the sending of the order confirmation.

Lima Express Shipping:
Applicable to the following districts, San Isidro, Surco, Surquillo, Miraflores, San Borja, Lince, Jesús María, San Miguel and Magdalena. Our orders are delivered by an outsourced company, who are responsible for the safety and timing of shipments. We have a period of 4 hours, valid for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3pm.
If the order and confirmation is made after 3pm, it is scheduled for the next business day.
Shipping does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
International deliveries:
Our orders are mainly shipped by FedEx and DHL EXPRESS, who are responsible for the security of delivery. We have a delivery period of 3 to 10 business days in regular conditions (*), from the sending of the order confirmation. These times may vary if the package is held by the competent authorities or customs of the destination country..
The tariffs or taxes generated by the entry of the product into your country will be borne by the customer. The customer should be aware that international shipments may have additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment reaches their country. We cannot estimate what these amounts will be, since they are determined by Customs or the competent authority of each country.
In this sense, the Client is responsible for paying any additional charge requested by the competent authorities of his country, contacting Customs, local mail or selected courier in order to know the amount of tax-free imports determined in his country and / or Calculate how much you will have to pay in taxes for the purchased item.
In case, the Client refuses to receive the order due to the additional charges determined by the competent authorities or Customs, we reserve the right to charge the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs or the competent authority.
Important:
(*) They qualify as non-regular and / or inconvenient conditions: flight cancellations, bad weather, roadside takings, border closings, natural phenomena, external factors, socio-ecological, fortuitous event or force majeure and of a similar nature that qualify as Fortuitous event or force majeure. Disadvantages such as wrong or unplayable address, the person who will receive the order is not found or there is nobody at the address.
In the case of non-regular and / or inconvenient conditions, you will be informed immediately to reschedule or, ultimately, proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount. Also, the courier company will make two attempts to take the order to the address indicated by the customer. The order will be returned to the Atelier after two failed attempts. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge any shipping fees, administrative costs, and any product damage compensation.
