Returns & Exchanges

All parts are carefully checked before being shipped.

The pieces, mainly those made in leather, may present alterations, irregularities or variations in their tonality, grain or texture that should not be considered as defects, since it is characteristic of its authentic nature and its origin.

We accept changes or returns within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days, counted from the day after the product is delivered, with proof of payment and once compliance with the conditions indicated in this section has been verified.

1) To take into account

(i) Inquiries related to care, advice to combine your shoes or problems in the use of it, contact us at the corporate email [email protected] or channel it through the brand's social networks.

(ii) The changes are made only once and for a product from the same collection of the shoe you purchased.

(iii) Changes and returns do not apply to on-demand shoes and / or products on sale.

(iv) We do not accept changes in accessories, costume jewelry, stationery or packaging.

(v) We do not make refunds of money; valid changes will be applied to a product whose amount is equal to or greater (canceling the difference).

2) Conditions for return or exchange

In order to exercise the right to return or change shoes, it is essential that you comply with the following:

I. Any return or exchange you must coordinate, writing to our corporate email [email protected]

II. The shoes must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, both on the sole, body and inside of the shoe, with the labels, accessories and in their original packaging as delivered to you at the time of purchase.

III. Have the respective payment receipt that proves the purchase, and present or send it along with the product. If you do not have proof of payment, you cannot make the change or the return.

IV. Any return or exchange approved originates the issuance of a credit note that supports or supports the exchange or return operation (review section 1.v).

V. In case of not complying with the above conditions, we will send you an email through [email protected], informing the reasons for the contact information you entered at the time of purchase, and we will also send the product to the address that the client registered.

VII. Shoes returned without a box or with a damaged box will be returned as this is part of the product.

VII. You must confirm the model for which you are going to change the shoes so that we will separate them in advance.

IX. You must track the shipment as soon as you have it because it serves as proof that the shipment was made within the indicated time.

X. The costs of return and new shipment are assumed by the customer, who must be responsible for the care of the products and for the damage that the shipment may cause to the package until it is received. We recommend that you use a secure network, with traceable means when returning the order and that you retain proof of shipment.

The change can only be made once and provided that the aforementioned conditions have been respected. No more than one change or return will be made on the same order or order. Money refunds are not accepted, only changes.

3) Damaged product

A product is considered damaged when it has a manufacturing defect and it is identified by the customer at the time of use up to a maximum period of 60 calendar days, the time of the part's guarantee. You should take into account that, those that derive from the use, manipulation or carelessness will not qualify as a damaged part.

Our pieces are made with very delicate materials and finishes, so it is necessary that they be treated with care, transported and always kept inside your diamondblackbox and diamondclothbag that are part of the presentation of the Brand, away from water and direct exposure to the sun (check primer "Caring for our parts").

Within the permitted ranges, we will repair the damage. Only in those cases in which it is not possible to repair or replace the product, the full amount will be returned (does not include return shipping), this implies the prior review of the case at a technical level and that has been qualified as a part with manufacturing defect, in accordance with current Peruvian Consumer Protection and Defense regulations.
